How many days do I have to return?
If you're not satisfied with your SPORTCOM purchase, you can return it for either a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

How quickly will my return be processed?
Please allow up to 30 business days for us to receive your refund and process your credit. We recommend you track your return with your carrier when making a return to ensure we have received the package.

Exchanges

How long does an exchange take?
Similar to making a return.

How long is my exchange request good for?
To make an exchange request, it must be within 30 days within the day of your original purchase.

Can I exchange for a different product?
To make an exchange, simply return the original item by mail, and then contact one of our team members at ecommerce@sportcomweb.com. We can place a new order for you that honors the original purchase price.

Refund

When will I get my refund?
Once your return is processed, your refund will typically be processed back to your credit card within 3-5 business days. With PayPal or other payment options, refunds will typically process within 7 business days but can take up to 30 days.

How will I be refunded if I paid with a gift card?
If you paid for your order with a gift card, the return will be refunded back to the original gift card you used (so don’t throw away gift cards!). If you accidentally throw out the gift card, please contact one of our team members at ecommerce@sportcomweb.com.

Will I be refunded for the shipping fee?
Depending on where you live, you may receive a refund with your shipping fee. Contact us ecommerce@sportcomweb.com if you have any questions.
